I have a new consultant. Can you add Teddie Pierce, Consultant
Teddie Pierce is an independent nonprofit data consultant who joined Choice Research Associates as a Consultant in April 2025. Teddie specializes in system design to determine client impact. She served as the HMIS Administrator for the Sonoma County Continuum of Care for five years. Prior to that, she operated a North Bay California FileMaker development firm for 17 years.
Teddie is the Managing Founder of Social Services Data Solutions, Inc., a consultancy providing impact software implementation, capacity building for database administration, end-user training, and reporting customizations for key stakeholders.
Teddie has served on the Board of the National Human Services Data Consortium since 2015 and provides HMIS subject matter expertise to Training Development Associates, a HUD Technical Assistance Provider. She contributed to the development of the HUD HMIS Lead Product Series including the Vendor Contract Monitoring and HMIS Software Vendor Capacity checklists.
