Bailey Maryfield joined Choice Research Associates (CRA) as a Research Consultant in 2018. Ms. Maryfield has a strong background in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative criminal justice and victim services data in addition to report and grant writing skills. At CRA, Ms. Maryfield has worked on projects with the Good Shepherd Mediation Program based in Philadelphia and the Howard County Department of Corrections in Maryland.

Ms. Maryfield also holds a full-time position as a Senior Associate at the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF). At PERF, Ms. Maryfield works on numerous policing projects including developing a guidebook on police vehicle pursuits and examining police agencies’ methods of reengaging and rebuilding trust with immigrant communities. A native of Indiana, Ms. Maryfield has a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Public Safety from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
