Cadee Eberhardt joined Choice Research Associates in September 2021 as a Research Assistant on the Staying Close and Looking Back: An Examination of Desistance in a Maryland Community Corrections project. Since then, she has transitioned into the role of Systems Administrator, supporting multiple initiatives that utilize the Bonterra Apricot platform, including projects with House of Ruth, UMM HVIP, FAIR Girls, and University Legal Services. She also contributes to additional projects at Choice Research Associates and works with other case management systems such as Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Penelope.
Cadee is a certified Apricot Administrator (as of October 2025) and has developed a strong skillset with the Results Reporting feature used in both Apricot and ETO. Her expertise in advanced reporting and report building (powered by SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence (WebI)) supports organizations in leveraging their data analytics to improve business outcomes and enhance service delivery. This work requires a blend of technical and analytical skills; while reporting and BI tools differ across systems, the core fundamentals remain consistent, allowing Cadee to adapt and deliver meaningful, data-driven insights for diverse program needs.
Cadee earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Temple University in 2021. After graduating, she worked as a Research Assistant in Temple University’s Criminal Justice Department and as a Program Assistant with a workforce development organization in Philadelphia. In addition to her work at Choice Research Associates, Cadee serves on the Steering Committee for the Women Moving Forward Conference. Her professional interests center on reentry and supporting returning citizens.
