She is also working as the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Enterprise Systems Administrator for the District of Columbia Reentry Coalition Project funded by the Justice Grants Administration, and the Systems Administrator for the House of Ruth Project. Additionally, Cadee assists on a few other projects at Choice Research Associates.

Cadee earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at Temple University in 2021. Shortly after graduating, she worked as a Research Assistant with Temple University’s Criminal Justice Department and as a Program Assistant at a workforce development program in Philadelphia. In addition to the current work she is doing, Cadee recently began working with the Women Moving Forward Conference as the Conference Coordinator. She is primarily interested in the study of reentry and working with returning citizens.
