Christine earned her B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2019.

Christine also works as a Research Scientist at ICF. In this position, she has worked on several national projects including the evaluations of two training and technical assistance centers, a legal fellowship program, victim legal assistance networks, and one initiative to synthesize promising practices for juvenile justice system improvements. She has also supported statewide projects including the evaluation of a statewide anti-trafficking effort and two state victim services needs assessments. Previously, Christine worked as a Research Assistant for the National Policing Institute conducting data collection for a study examining the impact of body-worn cameras on victim-police interactions. Christine is primarily interested in program evaluation in the fields of corrections, juvenile justice, victim services, and anti-trafficking.
