CRA provides a continuum of services related to database implementation, integration, and technical assistance. We are experienced Systems Administrators using Bonterra applications (i.e., Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Penelope by Athena) including configuration, custom reports, training, and responding to help desk requests. In addition, we consult with community based organizations to review their existing data systems and program operating procedures to generate recommendations for revisions to the data collection process. We also provide support for implementation and integration of new data systems.
As our focus is informed by our work as program evaluators, CRA also provides ongoing technical assistance related to performance metrics. We help refine/develop short-term and long‑term goals and implementation standards. Our emphasis is on creating measures to examine participant processes and outcomes throughout the continuum of services provided.
