Emily Rader is a researcher and data analyst with seven years of professional experience in the public and nonprofit sectors, specializing in research and data analytics to design, implement, and manage evaluations for criminal justice and human services programs. She is passionate about using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices to improve system outcomes, enabling key stakeholders to make meaningful impacts in communities.
